If you haven't used a fountain for your dogs before, this is a MUST HAVE and a total game changer!!! When I first got this my husband totally teased me - after all, we don't have any cats. But I thought my dogs might like it, so I set it up for them anyway. After years of using the big plastic bottle that holds 10 gallons of water with the attached bowl, I'm now a convert to this fountain bowl! This one has a large 7 liter capacity, and I really like the "real estate" of the large round design - it's really good for larger and multiple dogs. I have three dogs and I normally refill it once a day. It's also simple to put together, and the stainless steel is really easy to clean. I swear they are spoiled now, but my dogs absolutely LOVE this thing! I have an Australian Shepherd and two "Littles", and my guys completely stopped using the bottle/bowl and only use their fountain!     Dog Fountain, Easy to Clean but Flawed
    This fountain works great and is easy to clean. However, the filters are visible through the lid of the bowl. One of my cats had the sponge filter out and shredded in under a minute. Then he came back to play in the filter hole, splashing water everywhere. The way it’s designed, the water return resembles the swirling action of a tub or sink drain which is an invitation for a cat to play. Unfortunately, I had to return this fountain

    Dog Fountain with Filters, Quiet and Fresh
    It doesn't hold 7L; if you fill it to the top, maybe it does hold 7L, but the max fill line is not at the top. Also the minimum fill line is not at the bottom and the unit turns off when the water level gets down to the min fill line. The amount of space from the bottom of the bowl to the max fill line is actually a little less than 5L; the actual usable space (from min fill line to max fill line) is even less than that. Other than that, I really like the fountain and so do my pets. The motor is absolutely silent; and I like the fact that it turns off instead of burning out when the water gets too low. It doesn't give much warning before it turns off, though. The blue & red lights are sometimes not very visible during daylight or if any room lights are on. I like how far it can be disassembled to be able to clean it all & get rid of moldy smells. The instructions for cleaning the unit are not complete. There's no mention about removing the fixture that holds the spout in place, and the first couple of times I cleaned the unit, I did not remove that fixture and it developed a moldy smell. Luckily, during the next cleaning it became a bit loose and I realized that it just screws on & off. Now, no more moldy smells. All the small parts can be soaked and cleaned well. I got this fountain because my 23-yr-old cat was making such a mess around the previous open water bowl sticking her paws in & splashing the water around in the bowl (and on the floor). I believe she was doing that to be able to see where the water line was. Now she seems to be able to see the ripples made where the water falls out of the spout. No more puddles on the floor & due to the filters no more dirty, hairy, furry water in the bowl. Big win all the way around.

    I have had this water fountain for dogs for about 6 weeks. My 2 German Shepherds drank from it instantly without any wariness. The only time I really hear the pump is when it needs more water in the water reservoir (bottom). I take the bowl apart and wash it weekly and have replaced the filters (there are three: one on the water pump, the charcoal filter, and one that covers the hole in the bowl) once. I purchased the filters with my water bowl. Cleaning the water reservoir (bottom), top where dogs drink from, the actual water pump, and the spigot is very easy with the included pipe cleaner brush.     I recently bought the Onisall 7L Dog Water Fountain. I was impressed with the heavy-duty thickness of the Stainless Steel. I have ordered Stainless Steel items from other companies and been suprised how thin the metal was. Not so with the Oneisall water fountain. I bought it with the hopes a fountain would encourage hydration. My dogs and cat all enjoy the fountain. It keeps the water fresh which they seem to like. I have 3 large dogs and a cat and the fountain size is perfect.A couple months after use however the plastic peice that covers the wire broke. I am not sure if this was a defect on my unit or a design issue. I was past the return window and was disappointed because I really like the fountain. I reached out to the company about the problem and requested a replacement part. The following day Sue at customer service responded. Sue was professional and polite addressing my concern promptly. I was informed the fountain had an automatic two year warranty. Sue immediately sent out a comple brand new unit instead of the part I requested.      I love the fountain. Bought it for my dogs and have found my two 7 week old kittens drinking out of it when in the living room for supervised playtime. After finding their water spilled again (probably an energetic night time play) I had to buy another one for the kitten den.The dogs also really seem to like the fountain. My two dogs along with visiting family dogs all seem to enjoy it and have no problems drinking out of it. I’ve only had to rinse the filter out once due to stuffing from a dog toy clogging it, but no issues what so ever.The pump is exceedingly quiet and unless you look over there and see the blue light and water coming out of the spout you wouldn’t even know it’s there.
